N\u00e3o espere, prepare-se."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de 2 de outubro, a Comiss\u00e3o Europeia prop\u00f4s um <strong>prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o suplementar de 12 meses para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do RDUE<\/strong>. Se for aprovada pelo Parlamento Europeu e pelo Conselho, a lei aplicar-se-\u00e1 a <strong>30 de dezembro de 2025<\/strong> para <strong>grandes empresas<\/strong> e <strong>30 de junho de 2026<\/strong> para <strong>micro e pequenas empresas<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, <strong>Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto EUDR&nbsp;<\/strong>foi inclu\u00edda abrangendo uma gama diversificada de quest\u00f5es, tais como requisitos de legalidade, calend\u00e1rio de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola e esclarecimentos sobre o \u00e2mbito do produto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o <strong>FAQ EUDR mais recentes<\/strong>foi atualizado, apresentando mais de <strong>40 novas respostas adicionais para responder \u00e0s quest\u00f5es levantadas&nbsp;<\/strong>por um conjunto diversificado de partes interessadas de todo o mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi tamb\u00e9m anunciado que um <strong>Sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfico<\/strong> para o registo de declara\u00e7\u00f5es de dilig\u00eancia devida ser\u00e1 <strong>dispon\u00edvel em novembro<\/strong>e estar\u00e1 totalmente operacional em dezembro. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora o prazo tenha sido adiado, as empresas n\u00e3o devem interromper os seus esfor\u00e7os para cumprir a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que, se continuarem como planeado, ter\u00e3o uma vantagem estrat\u00e9gica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilize a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo do EUDR para criar uma estrat\u00e9gia de conformidade s\u00f3lida. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizar as novas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para resolver incertezas e racionalizar os seus esfor\u00e7os de sustentabilidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximizar a efici\u00eancia atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o da EUDR, da CSRD e da CS3D numa estrat\u00e9gia global de sustentabilidade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretende manter-se \u00e0 frente da curva?
